We can get a rough idea of the US political elites’ involvement in the military biological activity in Ukraine if we rely on open sources as well as leaked documents. Below is an attempt to reconstruct the chronology of this involvement, though not a comprehensive one. There are many gaps in this truly diabolical plan that are still to be filled.

1991 – the US launches the Nunn-Lugar programme for the former Soviet countries to control/eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons. The Pentagon’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was named as the programme’s main executor.

1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.

2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into US specialists’ hands.

2000s – large US military-industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine.

2005-2014 – Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades 8 biolabs in Ukraine instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure, as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks.”

2007 – US DoD employee Nathan Wolfe founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute (subsequently – Global Viral), a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of transborder infections, including in China.

2009 – Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former US Secretary of State John Kerry’ stepson Christopher Heinz and incumbent US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

2014 – anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine.

2014 – Hunter Biden joins the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.

2014 – Metabiota, a private commercial organisation specialising in the study of pandemic risks is detached from Global Viral. Neil Callahan and John DeLoche, employees of Hunter Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed to the board of Metabiota. Global Viral and Metabiota begin to get funding from the US Department of Defence.

2014 – Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to “assert Ukraine’s cultural & economic independence from Russia”.

2014 – Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin cooperation on an unnamed “science project in Ukraine”.

2014 – Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects begin full-fledged cooperation within the US DoD programmes.

2014-2016 – Implementation of Metabiota and US DoD contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.

2016 – US citizen Ulana Nadia Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed Acting Health Minister of Ukraine. The US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry cooperation programme is greatly expanded.

2016 – an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defence Ministry personnel guarding a biolab in Kharkov, Ukraine; 20 dead. The incident is hushed up.

2016 – former US Assistant Secretary for Defence Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiota’s global partnerships department.

2016 – EcoHealth Alliance, a Global Viral founder Nathan Wolfe’s structure, is engaged in the study of bat-transmitted coronaviruses at the research centre in a Wuhan laboratory, China.

2016 – the DTRA and Ukraine’s Health Ministry extend the contract after getting approval from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

2019 – the COVID-19 mutated bat coronavirus pandemic begins with an outbreak in Wuhan.

February 24, 2022 – launch of the Russian Army’s special operation in Ukraine.

February 24-25, 2022 – rapid elimination of strains in biolabs in Ukraine.

March 8, 2022 – US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland openly acknowledges the existence of cooperation between the US and Ukraine in pathogens.

Biden increases sanctions on Russia

The global debt burden represents  an international debt crisis which must be confronted; thus, some sort of global economic reset will be required. The big question is: what will the world look like after this reset?  Many powerful groups are attempting to shape this new economic world order.  These groups are the same groups who have benefitted from bankrupting the current economic system while gaining unmerited wealth and political influence. Obviously there will be some serious haircuts taken, but their goal is to maintain or improve their current position after the great reset becomes reality.  This great reset represents a rare opportunity for these groups in privileged positions to reshape global governance and cement their position as rulers of the masses using a scientific dictatorship controlled and operated by them.

Not their first rodeo — Some historical context from the Reece Committee investigation into tax-exempt foundations in 1953:

We are now at the year nineteen hundred and eight, which was the year that the Carnegie Foundation began operations. And, in that year, the trustees meeting, for the first time, raised a specific question, which they discussed throughout the balance of the year, in a very learned fashion. And the question is this: Is there any means known more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people? And they conclude that, no more effective means to that end is known to humanity, than war. So then, in 1909, they raise the second question, and discuss it, namely, how do we involve the United States in a war?

Well, I doubt, at that time, if there was any subject more removed from the thinking of most of the People of this country, than its involvement in a war. There were intermittent shows in the Balkans, but I doubt very much if many people even knew where the Balkans were. And finally, they answer that question as follows: we must control the State Department.

And then, that very naturally raises the question of how do we do that? They answer it by saying, we must take over and control the diplomatic machinery of this country and, finally, they resolve to aim at that as an objective. Then, time passes, and we are eventually in a war, which would be World War I.  At that time, they record on their minutes a shocking report in which they dispatch to President Wilson a telegram cautioning him to see that the war does not end too quickly. And finally, of course, the war is over.

At that time, their interest shifts over to preventing what they call a reversion of life in the United States to what it was prior to 1914, when World War I broke out. At that point, they come to the conclusion that, to prevent a reversion, we must control education in the United States.

I’m no Catholic, but Archbishop Vigano hits the nail squarely on the head with this speech.  Nice to see not everyone in the Catholic hierarchy is going along with the current head of the church.  The danger is real; it is now, and growing despite worldwide protests.  It’s hard to organize effective resistance when anyone who speaks too much truth is deplatformed, censored or worse.  Organs of the state have been weaponized against their own citizens.  We are witnessing the merger of state and corporations with the resultant evaporation of individual rights designed to advance a global agenda few understand.  God help humanity if this can’t be stopped.

Adding Vectors

If we look back in time we can see evidence of manipulation and orchestration of the so called COVID-19 pandemic.

October 2019: Event 201: On October 18, 2019, the CHS partnered with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to host the tabletop exercise Event 201 in New York City

March 2020: Neil Ferguson: “experts” predicting massive die-offs using “Ferguson’s Model” This caused a world-wide panic and justified the lockdowns, etc.

Since this time we have been witness to lie after lie from the CDC, FDA, NIH, WHO and other organizations shaping the global response to SARS-CoV-2.

The response has been an abysmal failure, but has enriched Big Pharma and increased the power of governments while shredding individual freedoms. At the same time, the global response has advanced the many global agendas that blend together including: WEF’s The Big Reset, UN Agneda-21, and UN Agenda 2030.

If we layout the above on a timeline we will see a vector or a force with a direction that is clear to anyone capable of rational thought. Since the fraud of the COVID scare is slowly unwinding as more brave doctors, clinicians and scientists are stepping forward, and as the real facts are emerging, those responsible for the COVID hoax will certainly be re-tooling their efforts with a new and more deadly pathogen. It appears that the next pathogen will be based on the Marburg virus and RiVax already under development.

Russians have always been very good coders

Russians are generally good coders.  Why?  Because all they could afford early on were old, used underpowered computer systems with slow CPUs, low RAM and small hard drives.  This meant their code had to be small, tight and efficient to work and to be competitive.  These constraints put pressure on Russian programmers which made them some of the best on the planet.  American coders could be sloppy and inefficient and still get by.

Now I used to read, write and speak Russian –in fact I use to take most of my notes in Russian– but that was decades ago, so now I can still sound out the written words slowly, but can no longer understand what I’ve read.  Never been to Russia, but took Russian at the university and had several Russian friends who helped me learn.  I’ve also studied the incredibly complex history of Russia and use to read the outrageous Russian propaganda magazines for fun and entertainment during the Soviet period.

I had a friend who was deported from Russia for drawing leg hairs on Vladimir Lenin posters in Moscow with a magic marker.  He paid for his trips to Russia with blue jeans.  He would buy a suitcase full of them here in the states and sell them at very high prices in Russia since the Russian youth wanted to be cool like American kids, you could get $100 ea. or more.

The 1917 Bolshevik Revolution was orchestrated by the Anglo-American Establishment including the president of the New York Fed and US President Wilson who also brought us the Federal Reserve, the income tax and WWI.  The result of the 1917 Revolution was the birth of Soviet Union in 1922, which died in 1991.  The soviet was a brutal, soul and body-killing machine about which you can learn more from ‘The Gulag Archipelago’ by  Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and Stalin’s Holodomor.

What is Gangstalking?

In Reddit, however, I find the following definition: “Gangstalking is an umbrella term describing a series of techniques utilized by a group to instill mental instability within a victim with the intent to discredit, sabotage, harass, extort and even drive a victim to suicide. [think Danny Casolaro] A victim of gangstalking can have their reputation, credibility, careers, relationships and entire life put into ruins.

Techniques such as mind games, perception manipulation, organized stalking, covert harassment; constant surveillance and possibly electronic harassment are used to push a victim to mental instability.

Proving one’s targeting can be very challenging, and there is very little law enforcement support, which allows gangstalking to be extremely effective.”

COVID

First off, on the COVID front, you have to be suspicious of the official narrative. There are just too many inconsistencies; and besides that, the existing power structure defaults to censorship over rational discussion– proffering only they have science on their side and therefore any disagreement is tinfoil-hat buffoonery that will not be tolerated. They use pejoratives over debate in an attempt to discredit and silence any opposing opinion and deplatform any who dare to persist with questions or perspectives that do not support the prevailing establishment narrative. This alone is cause for alarm. They have money, institutions and the media on their side, while important questions are ignored.

I’m a data guy, so I look at the data and pay little attention to the influencers and opinion makers. The data clearly shows masks offer no benefit in preventing the spread of COVID. Additionally, we have many frontline doctors who claim to have used effective therapies to treat those who have come down with what is believed to be COVID. Many of these doctors have been fired, maligned and attacked by those who control our medical institutions and the media. Yet still we have no satisfying answers to legitimate questions or challenges to the official narratives promulgated ad nauseam. This is a cause for concern for anyone capable of rational thought.

How many have taken the vaccine based on blind faith in these establishment authorities? How many who have taken the vaccine without knowing what is in the vaccine or how it works?  None that I’ve talked to. How can the vaccinated therefore claim informed consent? They cannot. This is a problem.

Below, (video 1) you will find a brave individual who got a free vaccine, but rather than let them inject him, he took the vial out of the CVS store to have it analyzed to find out what is in it.

Also, (video 2) you have a pharmacy worker who opened a brand new vial of the vaccine, opened up the insert only to find it is blank.

Now (video 3) we find a major pro-vaxer (world renown vaccine specialist, Geert Vanden Bossche) issuing a global warning about the dangers of the current SARS CoV2 vaccines. Rational people everywhere need to start asking questions and demanding answers.

The Federal Reserve Act was signed into law on December 23rd ,1913 by Progressive President Woodrow Wilson. This one act gave a small group of men unmerited and unearned power to siphon-off billions of hours in work and talent from US Citizens into the open pockets of the ruling elite. This has created within this cabal a shared psychosis manifested as a sense of superiority over  those from whom its power is derived and maintained.  In addition to this unearned feeling of superiority, the ruling elite are immune to any negative societal or legal feedback; or feelings of empathy for those upon whom they regularly feed.  This makes mass murder, child rape and other revolting behavior easy and completely acceptable.

The depths of their depravity, debauchery and degeneracy therefore know no bounds.

With their unearned wealth and power, they have been able to shred our constitution, rewrite our history, control the media, our education systems, scientists, and the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the US Government.  They have at their beck and call our federal law enforcement, regulators and military; and they control legions of three letter intelligence agencies that murder, rape, steal, spy, imprison and defame US Citizens without consequence.  Money talks and everything else walks.
