Using the same template that created the EU (European Union), globalists and their hired technocrats are swiftly neutering the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Constitution and the American people with the recent ‘fast-tracking’ of secretive Obamatrade deals; which have amazingly passed both houses of Congress without so much as a whimper from any but Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL).

Curious why any U.S. Congressman would vote so eagerly to limit their own power while permanently damaging the financial vitality of what is left of the American middle class; but the “yea” votes received almost $200 million and of course most have not even bothered to read the trade agreement, since it is assumed by ‘the powers that shouldn’t be’ a fait accompli.  The American middle class, once represented the strength and vitality of the United States, but no more. Gone are the remnants of the free market or honest price discovery in our markets, replaced by the crony capitalism of insider elites and their privileged, government-protected and sustained monopolies; whose purpose is to drive out any and all honest competition.  But like Obamacare before it, one must pass the trade bill to find out what is in it. These secret trade agreements –taken together– paint a very worrisome picture for the future vitality and independence of the average American worker and put another nail into the coffin of the U.S. as a nation-state. Additionally, these so called free trade agreements further shred the US Constitution by imposing an extra-constitutional, unelected body that as in the EU will effectively create law and pass judgement on anything having to do with trade of products, services or the movement of people.  One need look no further than the Trilateral Commission or the Bilderberg Group to understand the genesis or the end goal of these secret agreements: Total world domination bringing together under one control structure the EU, The North America Union and the Trans Pacific including Oceania.

Apparently some holdouts against the hegemony of this Unipolar world structure still believe in the nation-state and are therefore not as eager as the U.S. Congress to auction off their nations to the globalists: These include China, Russia, Iran, Syria and other hold-outs. To counter this Unipolar world, Russia and China are building their own financial global infrastructure and trade agreements as fast as they can. To bring Russia into compliance, the U.S. and NATO are threatening a hot war on Russia’s doorstep, just itching for a fight. The propaganda against Putin and for war in the West is thick as molasses, yet after all the recent pointless wars, many Americans are eager to believe this latest false narrative.

Over the years, the U.S. Constitution has been a major thorn in the side of the globalists, but no more. This week’s vote by both houses of congress to bypass the U.S. Constitution in full view of the American people fully demonstrate there is no fear by our elected leaders of public backlash. Already the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments are under serious assault; and with UN Agenda-21 (2030 Agenda) in full swing in almost every county in the USA, private property rights may soon succumb to the social engineering of a people asleep.

There is a long history of missteps leading up to this week’s silent coup d’état of America. Major pivot points would be handing over the supply and control of this nation’s money to a few private bankers in the 1913 Federal Reserve Act; the ingestion of Nazis into the OSS/CIA after WWII; mission creep of the U.S. Federal Government though the constant abuse of the 10th Amendment, the assassination of JFK, the attacks of 9/11 and countless illegal, undeclared wars. There are many other pivot points including U.S. bankers’ and political leaders’ support for the likes of Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin and Hitler; Operation Gladio, the repeal of the Glass–Steagall legislation, etc. but the biggest failure rests solely with the ignorance of the American people and their willingness to continually believe the lies promulgated by the U.S. Government and its state propaganda organs in the news and entertainment media. But to be fair, most Americans work all day and therefore have little time left to discover the facts for themselves.

Your U.S. tax dollars at work, and for what benefit?  Did the U.S. spread democracy to Vietnam? Nope. You can’t spread what you don’t have.  BTW, the war in Vietnam was based on a U.S. lie (as requested by LBJ) of the Gulf of Tonkin Incident which never, ever happened.   After 1.5 to 3.6 million innocent men, women and children were brutally murdered by the United States of America and 58,209 young Americans lost their lives, the U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara later admitted the Gulf of Tonkin incident never happened. Oops. So sorry. Who benefited? Not you, not me and not the Vietnamese. The banksters and the defense contractors did pretty darned well. Yachts and multiple homes, fat bank accounts and the appearance of legitimacy for all. War is good business. Had JFK not been assassinated, would he have been obliged to create such a lie as LBJ? Doubtful, but we will never know. Most people have no clue of who the RAND Corp. is, their history or their function within the U.S. Federal Government.  Below is the leaked document from the RAND Corp. that identifies their plan for eastern Ukraine.  Why is this important to you?  Because it reveals their methods and procedures that our U.S. Pentagon Planners take very seriously and frequently act upon.  This will also give you some sense of what to expect when and IF these techniques are turned in upon U.S. Citizens.  There are many other interested parties and participants in the U.S.-backed and orchestrated coup in Ukraine back in Feb of 2014, but this provides a level of detail left out of some of the other geopolitical strategies found in Zbig’s Grand Chessboard, etc.

A strategic document by the US military think tank RAND Corporation on the plan in eastern Ukraine was leaked.​ The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko follows the action plan proposed by RAND analysts. The document provides three stages of a military operation in eastern Ukraine.

  • During the first stage of the military operation in Ukraine martial law should be introduced, considering that all local citizens are terrorists or sympathizers. Regions supporting militias must be completely isolated. All types of communications should be blocked, curfews should be established.
  • The second stage of the plan involves the seizure of territories. The cities should be entered with armed vehicles, which open fire on all armed people. All the men sent to filtration camps. People featuring traces of combat engagement shall be tried in court for terrorism.
  • The third phase of the plan involves the restoration of the regions. The borders shall be strengthened to avoid possible provocations. All the refugees should be checked for possible support for separatists in internment camps.

The document stresses that the area of ​​operation should not be representatives of the foreign media. Should also be carried out mass propaganda campaign.

Most people have never heard of the ‘Breakaway Civilization’.  The Breakaways intend to breakaway from the rest of us to create their own Utopian civilization.   Why?  Because they are smarter and richer and therefore  better than those of us who fill the ranks of the ‘unwashed masses’ of humanity; whose only function is to consume Mother Earth’s precious resources.  In short, we are worthless breeders and eaters whose population must be culled.

As a child, I remember seeing the poor, emaciated starving children with swollen bellies from third world nations far, far from me.  Most of these children had darker skin and a different culture, education and religious environment than my country of origin … so in some sense they were different and perhaps too ignorant to know how to help themselves … so perhaps they in some sense deserved this barbaric existence and painful death. I knew my clumsy attempt to rationalize their pain away was inept, but could not come to terms with this tragedy; and the fact, I was in no position to offer real help.   I also knew that many of the so called ‘AID’ agencies operated out of lavish offices with large personal expense accounts and salaries… and they were always begging for dollars, so I reasoned that even if I could provide a small amount of money it would first be spent on the administrators’ lavish accoutrements.

Likewise, when I use to see the U.S. Military drop Agent Orange or carpet bomb Vietnamese villages, I thought that these folks were godless communists with but one desire… to subjugate America under a Communist dictatorship. Later, I realized what an ignorant fool and buffoon I was — a product of the American propaganda machine.

As my businesses prospered and I received a certain amount of financial success, I became somewhat indifferent to my fellows who were of less means than myself, to the point of not saying but believing that I was better and smarter in some way than the unwashed, ignorant masses of humanity.

What all these examples above have in common is the ability to dehumanize our fellow human beings using differences to supply the wedge for a complete emotional break.

My past financial successes were minuscule compared to the ruling elite who govern America and the world today. Their wealth is fueled by Central Banks and maintained by government enforced monopolies; their gains therefore are not deserved or earned by their efforts but by the efforts of the very people whom they despise and look down upon. Never the less, living in the world of ‘billions and trillions’ at your disposal would definitely put a very large ocean between those few elite and the rest of us.  And I suppose that when they look down and see our pain and machinations to survive, they feel a lot the way I have felt in the past. Some are no doubt natural psychopaths who have never felt any remorse or empathy, and some have learned to dehumanize all who are not of their ‘class’.

So the breakaway civilization is based on the ability to dehumanize our fellows who are not as we are; or rather as the erudite elite see themselves.  As technology progresses, there is less and less need for unskilled and low-skilled labor –who have become the systemically and permanently  unemployed– and so these folks are tossed into the human garbage heap and of no concern.   Of the remainder, who are more skilled, their days are numbered too; because they are only valuable until they can also be replaced by automation, robots, technology, etc.   In the meantime, the truly elite see that they have all these worthless breeders and eaters destroying, consuming and despoiling the natural resources of THEIR mother earth or ‘Mother Gaia’.  Solution?  Population reduction.  Their grand religion of population reduction makes many otherwise barbaric acts palatable for some, fun for others and profitable for all in the elite.   Not only does it move their agenda forward, it makes money and lots of it.

We are told that absolute power corrupts absolutely and we can see that principle operating everywhere we look in the pointless wars which serve only to satisfy the balance sheets of corporations and the grand geopolitical ambitions of people like Zbig (Zbigniew Brzezinski), Kissinger, Nuland, Kagan, Wolfowitz and team. The people be damned.

So this (the ability to dehumanize your fellows) I submit, is the foundation or the basis for the breakaway civilization.

Not only is the breakaway civilization planning on major population reductions, in their own words, they feast on the most vulnerable and innocent of the people they despise so. Based on recent biological and technical breakthroughs, they also plan to create substantial life-extensions for themselves, but for no one else. They have a war on drugs, while they secretly traffic in drugs to our children, they have a war on terror, when they are the purveyors of global terror, they run secret, illegal and unethical experiments on our military and our civilian citizens with impunity, they help themselves to our children for their own sexual gratification without prosecution, and what do we do? We pay them our taxes and we submit to their illegitimate authority as though they were legitimate; not based on law, but based on privilege, position and illusion which is ill-gained by deception, lies and thievery. All this has been documented here at ClearNFO, and by others; and admitted to by the elites’ own writings; yet most choose not to look at the hard evidence, finding rather their comfort in the CIA weaponized term ‘Conspiracy’.

So, is there a limit to the elite’s debauchery? At what point does the debauchery lose its appeal? How many people must be slaughtered to satisfy their blood lust, how many cars and houses, yachts and sexual perversions satisfy? At the end of their ‘glorious journey’ to their breakaway Utopia, what will be left to them but howling at the moon, for there is nothing left to despoil.

As Russia and China move closer together both strategically and economically to counterbalance U.S. aggression, other nations are following. As Russia and China setup the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), BRICS, the SWIFT analog, and the conversion of RMB into an international reserve currency based on the introduction of its gold standard, other nations follow. Here are a few unanswered questions about this move to a new bipolar NWO:

  1. Will these efforts of China and Russia actually work?
  2. Will the New, NWO offer a counterbalance to the existing ‘Anglo-American’ NWO? or

Important to note that the IMF and the World Bank resulted from the Bretton Woods system designed to rebuild the international economic system while World War II was still raging (1–22 July 1944). Since 1944, the IMF and the World Bank have transmuted into economic weapons used to asset-strip targeted countries for the benefit of a few multinational corporations and then control sovereign nations. (See Confessions of an Economic Hit Man). BTW, it has been estimated that there will be a 40% drop in the overall living standard in the USA when the US Dollar loses its reserve currency status. From my perspective, it appears that U.S. bullying of Russia to surrender their sovereignty to the Anglo-American financial structure has backfired and caused China and Russia to make plans to replace the US and it’s vassal states in tow. Many of these vassal states are in a process of abandoning the good ship USA while joining the new China-Russia paradigm; keeping one foot in the old system and one in the new, to hedge their bets.

It has always been my opinion that the oligarchs of Russia, China and the West have more in common with each other than they do with their respective citizens within the countries of their origin.  Thus, they are all globalists seeking power without regard to nation-state or the benefit of the individual.   The report below challenges this idea.  China and Russia seek to build a second world order to create a bipolar world order to offer a kinder, gentler world order and an alternative to the failing financial structure of the Anglo-American oligarchs of the West; or so this report would have you believe.  I have no reason to doubt the sincerity of their intentions but human nature is consistent across national and cultural boundaries and absolute power corrupts absolutely, so I wouldn’t expect much better treatment under the new management.  As they say: “Meet the new boss, same as the old boss”.  So Russia and China would convince us to trade one world order for another; yet most of us will have no choice.  I am impressed that this report reveals Russia and China clearly understand what is a stake here and are under no illusions of the real intent and purposes of the ruling elite of the West. The days of the corporatocracy embodied in the American empire are numbered and that is clear to anyone who is vaguely familiar with arithmetic or the facts.  So the question is, what comes next and what will the American empire do in the throws of self-inflicted wounds to save itself?  Will America create WWIII to write off its massive debts?  Will America turn in on itself as it apparently is doing, and destroy itself like it has done to so many other countries: Libya, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Ukraine, etc. (See America’s Achilles Heal, below)

Russia, China and others are building a new, replacement or alternative NWO (AIIB, BRICS, SWIFT analog, and the conversion of RMB into an international reserve currency based on the introduction of its gold standard), but this time they seek to do it ‘right’; based on the nation-state and with the consideration of the benefit of the individual citizen.

Below is an insightful report based on the recent ‘scientific-practical conference’ held in Beijing on May 4th, 2015. Despite being broken up into four parts it is a relatively short read showing that neither China nor Russia are the USA’s fools.  It is no secret that the West’s oligarchs have destroyed the middle class and therefore the market economy; or that the massive debts created by the central banks  can ever be repaid; and it is no secret that the unfunded liabilities or the promises the USA has made to its citizens can ever be paid and it is no secret that almost 100 million Americans are out of work despite the rosy official jobs reports. Both Russia and China are therefore making plans to combine their efforts financially and strategically to counteract what will inevitably be the failure of the US Dollar and the Western economies. They are very much aware that WWIII may be the West’s only solution for a debt write off, and are preparing for that challenge.  The USA coup in Ukraine and the formation of a Nazi state has put both Russia and China on notice of the abject duplicity and corruption of the USA’s geopolitical strategy.  Nothing could be clearer than the naked overthrow of Ukraine government by the USA to demonstrate to Russia and China that the US cannot be trusted.  This has driven China and Russia closer together.

To counteract the fall of the USA, Russia and China –along with other countries– are currently constructing a second World Order governed not by international corporations but by Nation-States who consider not only efficiencies represented by profit but the benefit of  their own citizens.  A better NWO if you will.  It is uncertain if the current NWO of the Western Globalists will survive or in what form, but in any  event, China and Russia are preparing the infrastructure without asking the USA or its vassal states.

Taking a serious look at government wrongdoing is no easy task. Not because the damning evidence is hard to find, but because the truth (once found) is very hard to swallow. How does one reconcile the fact that we are being led into slavery (and to slaughter) by a group of pathological liars who, ironically, have been appointed to “protect us?”

How does one come to grips with the fact there are still millions of Americans who believe there is a good half of the government and a bad half? An intellectual twilight zone where good has nothing to do with the ACTIONS of elected officials and everything to do with whether or not they’ve dressed themselves in blue or red.

As I began my journey into the bottomless pit of government tyranny and lies I was shocked to find things were much worse than I had originally imagined. Even more upsetting, I came to understand that my 30 years of ignorant bliss had been carefully manufactured on an assembly line of distractions and disinformation. My ignorance had been no accident; it had been the goal of the system.

After a few years of serious digging, I reached a point where I couldn’t help but stand in awe at the amount of dirt I’d unearthed. I thought to myself, “How the Hell can all of this be going on and so few know about it?” The logical answer came shortly thereafter: “It is only going on BECAUSE so few know about it.”

What I had initially hoped was just a rare instance of wrongdoing, turned out to be standard operating procedure. What I hoped was just a new phenomenon (brought about under an exceedingly corrupt administration) turned out to be as old as history itself.

There before me stood the ugly truth: Government is “the power to impose your will,” politician is a synonym for conman, and at the top it’s criminals who run the show. The “political system,” it turns out, is nothing more than a way for the criminal elite to hide and legitimize their illegitimate behavior. Is it any wonder the worst among us rise to the heights of power? Is it any wonder the most talented liars seize the greatest rewards?

“But wait,” you say. “The title of this piece is: We have the advantage. After seeing the enormity of the problems we face, how can you honestly believe we’ve got the upper hand?” Well, it’s pretty simple. For a clue, let me borrow from a quote that’s attributed to Adolph Hitler’s propaganda minister:

“The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.” – Dr. Joseph M. In short, the State has grown so greedy, so corrupt, so dangerous and belligerent, that it no longer has the power to “shield the people” from the consequences of its lies. Additionally, it has all but lost its ability to bury the mounting evidence against it.

Where before the State could easily silence the masses with clever manipulations like “You’re giving aid and comfort to the enemy,” now brave citizens are standing up and stating the obvious: “No, we’re giving aid and comfort to the truth.”

We must never forget that liars and thieves depend on ignorance to exist among us. They lose their ability to manipulate and profit at our expense when their tricks and true aims are exposed. So long as we are gaining and spreading awareness, they (by default) are losing power.

If you think about it, the amount of time it took to build the current system of manipulation and control is truly pathetic compared to how quickly it is unraveling. More and more people are waking up every day. They’re leaving the mainstream media in droves; they’re actually THINKING beyond the false “left / right” paradigm, they’re seeking (and finding) the truth of their own volition.

At this point, we are so awash in documented wrongdoing that nearly anyone (in just one month’s time) can be shown enough to completely neutralize decades of government brainwashing. The government, on the other hand, enjoys no such luxury. What has taken them decades to create cannot be regained in a month, a year, or even a lifetime. Once a person “sees” the truth with their own eyes, the gig is up. As a result of this fact, maintaining their hold on power is mathematically impossible.

Our enemy faces an unstoppable and continuous erosion of their power. Information (specifically, the truth) is the weapon that will destroy them. They will tell us otherwise, they will pretend everything is fine and their power is secure, but like everything else they say we will know it isn’t true. In the end, their time will come and they will fail. But that should come as no surprise. …Armed with the truth, we have the advantage. Believe it.

Having read the Antony Sutton books James Corbett references in his excellent podcast (below), certainly helps provide for a much better historical context; and helps to fill in the gaps in any story this big.  As usual, this is a well-researched video/podcast that will provide a deeper understanding of the ruling oligarchies, and also an understanding of the way James vets and conducts his research. Many hours/years put into this short piece.   If you are familiar with Antony C. Sutton’s and Carroll Quigley’s work, all of this will make much more sense.   In any event, Hope you enjoy and benefit.

A final thought: So what is the Big Picture?  First off, the state does not equal the oligarch. One oligarch will play, maneuver and influence one or more states into a particular configuration to his liking to influence relatively current events. More often one or more oligarchs will combine their efforts for a particular goal. See the specific techniques used by Cecil Rhodes and Lord Milner of the Milner group. For the longer-term strategies, they use the outer rings of the kindergarten, along with the media, prestigious Universities rewriting history if necessary by cultivating and seducing those bright minds it discovers and supports financially for doing the right thing. Remember, they are the establishment.  All other opinions are suspect.  Quigley gives specific, documented examples of how this is constructed and how it is accomplished in the real world. Joe Plummer does an excellent job making some of these techniques up-close, personal and real in his novel ‘Leaving the Illusion’. It is important to remember that despite the position of the state and the people within the state, the oligarchs have much more in common with each other than they do with their respective citizens. The state represents pieces on the chessboard and they are not generally emotionally vested in a state the same way commoners are. Many in Lord Milner’s day did, however, believe that the British culture was superior; today’s oligarchs are less inclusive and represent a ‘break-away’ civilization. Most of these people show all the love and care and remorse of your typical psychopath and LITERALLY see most of their fellow citizens as bugs to be squished beneath their feet. To most of these folks, we are worthless breeders and eaters consuming their resources.  –David Brown

Postscript and additional clarification: Let’s see if I can deconstruct my comments above just a bit: My first comment was that the state does not equal the Oligarch. What this means is that to a certain extent, the state and those who support and believe in the state do not necessarily have parallel agendas with the real power centers. For example, within the state, you have true believers of the state’s authority and legitimacy in the general population, in universities, authorities, politicians, bureaucrats and the trained technocrats (who BTW work for the oligarchy without realizing it); and of course, certain elements in the defense apparatus. So this collection of folks in say China or Russia can have disagreements with their analogues in say the USA, etc. But what none of these folks are aware of, is the real power which controls the overall vector (direction and force). These folks can be seen as looking at just part of the elephant without ever seeing the entire beast and thus the beast is not recognized for what it is. This is what Quigley calls rings within rings.
