The Shape of things to come…

Not that there was ever any doubt governments could rape, pillage and plunder you both physically and financially, we generally assume there is some due process prior to the taking of your assets. The latest examples of Justin Trudeau’s financial terrorism against Canadian citizens and now Biden’s financial attack on Russia is breathtaking in that there seem to be no barriers or limits to this overreach, or any due process to protect the legitimate rights or interests of the targets of these attacks.

The lesson many people and countries around the globe are learning is if you displease those who control the current financial system, your money and your assets can be seized at the flick of a pen. In short, your money is not safe in any bank controlled by these lawless tyrants.

It is time to find alternatives.

We can get a rough idea of the US political elites’ involvement in the military biological activity in Ukraine if we rely on open sources as well as leaked documents. Below is an attempt to reconstruct the chronology of this involvement, though not a comprehensive one. There are many gaps in this truly diabolical plan that are still to be filled.

1991 – the US launches the Nunn-Lugar programme for the former Soviet countries to control/eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons. The Pentagon’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was named as the programme’s main executor.

1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.

2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into US specialists’ hands.

2000s – large US military-industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine.

2005-2014 – Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades 8 biolabs in Ukraine instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure, as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks.”

2007 – US DoD employee Nathan Wolfe founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute (subsequently – Global Viral), a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of transborder infections, including in China.

2009 – Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former US Secretary of State John Kerry’ stepson Christopher Heinz and incumbent US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

2014 – anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine.

2014 – Hunter Biden joins the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.

2014 – Metabiota, a private commercial organisation specialising in the study of pandemic risks is detached from Global Viral. Neil Callahan and John DeLoche, employees of Hunter Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed to the board of Metabiota. Global Viral and Metabiota begin to get funding from the US Department of Defence.

2014 – Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to “assert Ukraine’s cultural & economic independence from Russia”.

2014 – Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin cooperation on an unnamed “science project in Ukraine”.

2014 – Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects begin full-fledged cooperation within the US DoD programmes.

2014-2016 – Implementation of Metabiota and US DoD contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.

2016 – US citizen Ulana Nadia Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed Acting Health Minister of Ukraine. The US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry cooperation programme is greatly expanded.

2016 – an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defence Ministry personnel guarding a biolab in Kharkov, Ukraine; 20 dead. The incident is hushed up.

2016 – former US Assistant Secretary for Defence Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiota’s global partnerships department.

2016 – EcoHealth Alliance, a Global Viral founder Nathan Wolfe’s structure, is engaged in the study of bat-transmitted coronaviruses at the research centre in a Wuhan laboratory, China.

2016 – the DTRA and Ukraine’s Health Ministry extend the contract after getting approval from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

2019 – the COVID-19 mutated bat coronavirus pandemic begins with an outbreak in Wuhan.

February 24, 2022 – launch of the Russian Army’s special operation in Ukraine.

February 24-25, 2022 – rapid elimination of strains in biolabs in Ukraine.

March 8, 2022 – US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland openly acknowledges the existence of cooperation between the US and Ukraine in pathogens.

Quick note from ClearNFO: I liked their discussion about attention, relevance realization and connectedness; and resultant power – and how this has changed over time from the village context to the internet—thinking cell phones, Twitter, TickTok, etc. here.

Loved the Spinoza reference by John toward the end of part 1.  John provides a very clear logical cut and basis for additional discussion using this as a starting point (Time marker 1:04:40):  “I don’t think there is a consciousness for that collective intelligence and I don’t think there is an agency to it in the same way we understand the agency in living things…”

Not sure if this (the higher power –God—has agency and consciousness) will ever be sorted out using language  due to the limitation imposed by our ego-centric predicament and the limits of language, but I do appreciate the effort and have always supported philosophical inquiry and the disciplined mind led by logic that can result from this pursuit.

It is important undergirding all philosophical inquiries like this, is the nature of the continuous and interconnected world which may not yield all its secrets by way or our discrete pieces (words) that we then string together with perhaps unrealistic expectations.

Historically, Russia has never liked China. Based on culture and religion Russia is much more compatible with the USA than China.

Seeking individual rights and freedom, in February 1917 Russia abolished its monarchy and installed a provisional government which lasted about 8 months.  During this 8 month period the USA (President Wilson and the head of the NY Federal Reserve) and bankers in Europe hijacked this provisional government using banker-backed and funded Trotsky and Lenin culminating in the October Revolution establishing the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) which became the tyrannical, godless, soul-crushing USSR in 1922 described by Aleksandr Solzhenitzyn in ‘The Gulag Archipelago’.  In 1991 the unworkable, central-planning bureaucracy of Communist USSR fell of its own weight; was dissolved, asset-stripped by Wall Street and  replaced by the Russian Federation which exists to this day.

In 1776 Russia helped Americans win the Revolution and gain independence; in 1917 America helped the Bolsheviks enslave the Russians.

Now, Biden’s puppet-masters have forced Russia into a closer strategic, financial and security alliance with China.  Russians –and Putin– have always wanted to be friends and close allies with Americans, but the Anglo-American Establishment would never allow this. The US has managed to spoil every Russian rapprochement with an endless train of lies, cons and deceptions.  Russia, in its seemingly endless forbearance, has been the West’s willing bride since 1991 only to be raped, slandered and left at the alter time after time — but no more.  Russia has had enough; forced to confront the fact the US can never be trusted and will never be a partner in good faith.

The result of Biden’s push to financially isolate and destroy Russia (which is an act of war), will only hasten the destruction of the US Dollar as the world’s reserve currency.  Other nations are witnessing this financial terrorism and abrogation of responsibility –including India and China– and will thus seek to protect themselves from future reliance on the USD, Western Central Banks, Visa/Mastercard or the SWIFT messaging  system.  China, India and Russia represent a full 37% of the world population and this does not include many other nations watching this overreach closely from sidelines.  This will have a serious long-term impact on American prosperity, reducing our living standards by as much as 40% or more — permanently.

What you are witnessing is the purposeful demolition of the US Empire.

We now have absolute proof; the 2020 presidential election was stolen.
We now have absolute proof; Fauci lied to congress.
We now have absolute proof; the COVID vaccines are not safe.
We now have absolute proof; the COVID vaccines are not effective.
We now have absolute proof; Pfizer knew the vaccines were dangerous.
We now have absolute proof; the USA orchestrated a coup in Ukraine using neo-Nazis.
We now have absolute proof; fill in the blanks… ad infinitum…

Problem is, no one who really counts in authority gives one single fuck. In fact, they are all moving in lockstep as though these proofs of illegal and criminal activity did not even exist.

We are waiting on someone in authority to do something. All those who could do something have had plenty of time and opportunity to do something, but no one has.

Lying to congress is a crime. Where are the charges against Fauci? They don’t exist.
The CDC and FDA have been involved in the greatest crime against humanity in history. Where are the charges? Where are the orange jump suits? There are none. No one in authority gives a single fuck. They don’t, and they are moving ahead implementing their vaccine passports as though nothing has happened.

Knowing these vaccines cause serious injury, our military brass still mandated these life-altering injections into all our military; purposefully damaging our young soldiers. This is a national security risk, but no one cares.

At some point we need to stop producing even more and better evidence and expecting someone in authority to do something about it. They have not and will not. More proof and more bleating will not change their trajectory. They are moving quickly to take down this country financially and militarily and no one will stop them. Not the DOJ. Not the State Department. Not the Pentagon. Not the Supreme Court. Not the President. Not the Congress. Not the Senate.

This means the entire system is corrupt and will not protect you or me.

It is time to wake up and smell the coffee.

Biden increases sanctions on Russia

The global debt burden represents  an international debt crisis which must be confronted; thus, some sort of global economic reset will be required. The big question is: what will the world look like after this reset?  Many powerful groups are attempting to shape this new economic world order.  These groups are the same groups who have benefitted from bankrupting the current economic system while gaining unmerited wealth and political influence. Obviously there will be some serious haircuts taken, but their goal is to maintain or improve their current position after the great reset becomes reality.  This great reset represents a rare opportunity for these groups in privileged positions to reshape global governance and cement their position as rulers of the masses using a scientific dictatorship controlled and operated by them.

Not their first rodeo — Some historical context from the Reece Committee investigation into tax-exempt foundations in 1953:

We are now at the year nineteen hundred and eight, which was the year that the Carnegie Foundation began operations. And, in that year, the trustees meeting, for the first time, raised a specific question, which they discussed throughout the balance of the year, in a very learned fashion. And the question is this: Is there any means known more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people? And they conclude that, no more effective means to that end is known to humanity, than war. So then, in 1909, they raise the second question, and discuss it, namely, how do we involve the United States in a war?

Then, time passes, and we are eventually in a war, which would be World War I.  At that time, they record on their minutes a shocking report in which they dispatch to President Wilson a telegram cautioning him to see that the war does not end too quickly. And finally, of course, the war is over.

At that time, their interest shifts over to preventing what they call a reversion of life in the United States to what it was prior to 1914, when World War I broke out. At that point, they come to the conclusion that, to prevent a reversion, we must control education in the United States.

The Cancel Culture Comes to Russia

Wikipedia: Cancel culture is a blanket term used to refer to a modern form of ostracism in which someone is thrust out of social or professional circles – whether it be online, on social media, or in person. Those subject to this ostracism are said to have been “cancelled”. The expression “cancel culture” has mostly negative connotations and is used in debates on free speech and censorship.

Remember kids, the scriptwriters for the COVID project are the same scriptwriters for the blame Putin narrative. Let the consumer beware.

The media are uninformed and lack any real context

What is the context? The US installed their own puppet government in Ukraine in 2014. Since that time, Ukraine has been shelling and murdering its own citizens in the Donbas for eight years which are mostly ethnic Russians. For five days before the Russian incursion this year, Zelensky and the Azov Battalion were shelling the Donbas non-stop and murdering civilians in the Donbas. This is why the break-away countries —Donetsk and Luhansk— are asking for Putin’s help.

There is no evidence of “Russian shelling of a nuclear power plant” There was a training facility building that was hit but we do not know who hit it. Also this nuclear facility is designed to take a direct missile attack. It is bad journalism to assume this was a Russian attack when there was no evidence. If Russia intended on attacking this facility, it would have been leveled to the ground.  BTW, There is plenty of evidence that Ukrainian forces –not Russian– hit the building near the nuclear facility. As to motive: there would be no upside for Russia to have a major release of  radioactive contamination, while there is plenty of motive for  Zelensky and his handlers in the West to use this for propaganda purposes against the Russian incursion — which of course they did with no evidence.

More context…

Putin did not invade Crimea. There was no invasion. Crimea voted 97% to re-associate with Russia to gain protection from the neo-Nazis backed by the US and NATO after the US State Department removed the legitimately elected government in Ukraine in a bloody putsch using their tried and true Operation Gladio techniques called the strategy of tension in 2014. George Soros is even on tape bragging about helping the CIA do this. We have copies of documents where Pierre Omidyar helped in this operation. Pierre is another multi billionaire globalist and founder of eBay and First Look Media. Pierre also bought PayPal in 2002 and stopped all funding to Julian Assange’s WikiLeaks.

Why are there real Nazis in Ukraine?
• Stalin starved some 10 million Ukrainians during the Holodomor (1932 – 1933)
• Anti-communist and nationalist Hitler stupidly invaded Communist Russia called Operation Barbarossa in 1941.
• The Ukrainians – remembering Stalin’s Holodomor in 1932—assisted Hitler in his failed attempt to squash the communist Soviet Union led by Stalin.
• So, to this day many Ukrainians hate Russia and some are neo-Nazis.
• The US State department used this historical division to execute its well-oiled operation Gladio in 2014 to install an anti-Russian puppet government which hated ethnic Russians living in Ukraine. They outlawed the Russian language and started attacking and killing the mostly Russian speaking people in the Donbas area (Donetsk and Luhansk) killing some 10K innocent men, women and children.
• These neo-Nazis were installed and funded by the USA.

Russian legitimate interest in Ukraine
• Why is Ukraine important to Russia? Russia has a 1,426.07 mi border with Ukraine and is traditionally known as the bread basket of Russia.
• Why is Crimea and Sevastopol important to Russia? Since the city’s founding in 1783 it has been a major base for Russia’s Black Sea Fleet. The Black Sea is Russia’s only warm water port providing access to the Mediterranean Sea. Think strategic. The US envisioned taking this away from Russia.
• Why is Putin pissed at NATO? Because the US gave Russia assurances that NATO would not move one inch further East. The US and NATO lied. They not only moved an inch they moved 800 miles and are now surrounding Russia with offensive military installations. The US has been pouring billions in arms into Ukraine using its own installed puppet government.

NOTE: U.S. Secretary of State James Baker’s famous “not one inch eastward” assurance about NATO expansion in his meeting with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev on February 9, 1990, was part of a cascade of assurances about Soviet security given by Western leaders to Gorbachev and other Soviet officials throughout the process of German unification in 1990 and on into 1991, according to declassified U.S., Soviet, German, British and French documents posted today by the National Security Archive at George Washington University.

So now let’s talk about why Putin initiated an incursion into Ukraine.

  • Minsk agreements – were a series of international agreements which sought to end the war in Donbas region of Ukraine.
  • Ukraine and the US refused to abide by this agreement or even discuss it. Why? Because the US wanted to orchestrate a war.
  • Putin warned NATO and the US not to make Ukraine another NATO outpost because this would threaten Russia security. The US ignored Putin and gave him the finger.
  • US murdering ethnic Russians by proxy using its installed government in Ukraine.

Nord Stream 2: 1,230 km (767 mile) pipeline from Russia to Europe. Russia had their doubts about building a second pipeline, but Germany desperately needed this energy after shutting down its nuclear powerplants and insisted on building this pipeline. Russia really didn’t need Nord Stream 2 to sell their Gas since China is also in great need for Russian energy. Russia gave in and agreed to the pipeline thinking I’m sure this would provide more influence over Europe. Now, Germany –against their will and better interest– has delayed the certification of this pipeline under pressure from the USA.
